Order Processing

All orders are typically processed in 1-2 business days excluding mail holidays. We accept UPS, USPS, and Fed Ex. All overseas orders may be subject to longer shipping times and slightly higher costs.

If you having questions, errors, or complaints with your orders or shipments please contact us directly through email or phone, we’ll get back to you as soon as possible.

Support is available between 9am and 5pm EST Monday through Friday, thank you for your patience.

Order Tracking

After ordering, you’ll promptly receive your tracking number and order ticket. Some orders make take additional time. We cannot guarantee accurate order times due to limitations with mail carriers. Thank you for understanding this issue. If your item is lost or stolen, contact us for assistance. We’re always happy to help.

Return orders

If there’s a problem with your order, reach out to us. We may be able to offer a replacement or refund. We reserve the right to a full investigation and a 5 business day grace period before all decisions. Thank you for understanding.
